Can somebody tell the difference between question c and a and b? Also does anyone know what question d is asking for?

a asks you to plot z1, z2 and z3

b asks you add some complex numbers

and c ask you plot w+z1, w+z2 and w + z3

I can understand that maybe you can't do these parts but they are clearly different.

a) is asking you to plot and b) is asking you to add two complex expressions!

Actually, question (c) is rather poorly written, so it's not your fault if you misread that. (The fact that it doesn't begin with a capital letter, while the others do, suggests to me that it may have been hastily edited.)

The phrase "each one" has no proper antecedent. It should have said, say, "each sum found in part (b)". These sums themselves have never been explicitly mentioned.

Of course, part (d) becomes clear only after you've done the rest, and can compare (a) and (c).
