A spherical balloon with a radius R inches has volume V(R)=4/3pie R cubed.
Find a function that reprsents the amount of air required to inflate the balloon from a radius of R inches to a radius of R+1 inches.

final volume - initial volume = change in volume

Final volume has a radius of (R+1) ...write the volume statement out
Initial volume has a radius of (R).....write the volume statement out

now subtract these and simply

...does this help
