Calculus I: Relative and Percentage Error *Help Still Needed*

Hi! So, I started doing this relative and percentage error problem, and I'm not confident in my answer. Did I do this correctly? Or did I go wrong somewhere?

I've uploaded a scan of part A of the problem. I'm going to reply to this thread with my work from parts B and C.
(For some reason, the forum won't let me upload both files at once. -.-)

Yes, I did. I'm not sure how to remove the "Attachment 3293" part, but I was fairly certain I re-added the file separately at the bottom. Is it not working?
 
Image attachments seem to be working. Just uploaded a JPG here and it was fine. Not sure what happened. Try again? What kind of file is it?

It's a JPEG. I just re-uploaded both files. Are they working now?
 
The first problem is correct. In the second problem, why did you reduce the difference, from the first problem, to two decimal places?
