Calculus 1 Homework Help

I'm stuck on this one homework question,

Evaluate the limit, if it exists.

limit as X approaches 4
X2 – 4x
X2 – 3x -4

As much as I'm tempted to say that 0/0 means the limit doesn't exist, I doubt it's that easy, maybe factoring it or something would help.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated
 
Of course.

As much as I'd dislike to admit it, being a lazy senior gave me the perfect opertunity to NOT KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING.

I just need a good example to build off of once again.
