My first post here! I have an agricultural calculation I just want to check is correct (this is for farer compensation for loss of a given area of crop...

Price per tonne of crop - £100
Yield (t/ha) - 10.5
Area of field to calculate £ - 0.23 ha

(area / yield)* price
