After research, I understand roi, just confused on how to work it backwards. It's clear to me that $1000 investment with a gain of $250 would be a 25% roi. Just don't know how to get the number with above example.
It says to calculate, I need to to divide the return or "gain", by the original investment to get my roi percentage. I'm still "drawing blanks" . Thank you for your help and time.
