calculate field of rectangular lattice, size of points, etc

I want to calculate field of rectangular lattice with a computer program because intensity in every point of rectangular is calculated. How to find size of centre point and increment ratio?

I need to centre point to multiply intensity and then by increasing area of centre point to x,y,z directions, finding new area multiply intensity. Finally calculate total intensity of revtangular lattice. But I don't know how to find area of centre point and increment ratio.
