For some reason, the change of variables is throwing me off.

I'm not sure about (c) and (d). Do I simply solve for X for F[sub:1htvsl19]Y[/sub:1htvsl19](y) with the appropriate domain mapping given by the range of X ~ U(-1,1)?

For #2, I repeat (c). Y = X[sup:1htvsl19]2[/sup:1htvsl19]. Solve X = root Y.

Hold on. I think I have it figured out. I am supposed to use the result from (b).

This is zero, correct? - probability of a point? P(X = -y)
