Bipartite Graph Theory - Help with practice paper question

Hi all,

I've got an exam coming up and am just finishing off my revision in preparation.

I've covered the proof for the first part through cardinality of bipartite graphs with perfect matches, however, I'm unsure how to proceed onto the later parts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
