hi
I have a question regarding binomial distribution

5% of the worker in the city use public transport to get to work. You randomly select 255 workers and ask them if they use public transport to get to work.

The question is can the normal distribution be used to approximate the binomial distribution? my answer is yes because np>5 and nq>5

then I will like to ask how do I find the probability that exactly 19 workers will say yes? Please help thank you

Please tell us if the following expression ring a bell in your mind:

\(\displaystyle _nC_r * (p)^r * (1-p)^{(n-r)}\)
