Greetings Mathematicians, I am currently working on my very first hw practice of the substitution rule. I was wondering if somebody could please suggest to me the best way to start the problem attached. Thank you!

Note: When changing variables, don't forget to change your limits. Thos original ones are for 'x'. What are they for 'u'?
