Balanced Block Design when dealing with an ANOVA table?

if i have an ANOVA table, how do I know if the experiment it's based on had a balanced block design, just by looking at the ANOVA table alone? what are the criteria?

Hi bug... This is a huge question, as you may know. Do you have a problem we could use? If you just want general information, I'm afraid you have a lot of reading to do. Try looking up "balanced block design" on Google and then try that with anova as an additional search term.
