A few words of explanation of your work would help; you seem to be using a₁, for example, with two different meanings; and you seem to be using a different formula for S₁₀ than what you show for S_n, though both are probably right.

The main actual error I see is that you don't seem to be using the clause "on your 6th year with the company". That, and you changed 250,000 to 25,000!
