You are considering three job offers from 3 different BPO companies. IBEX will start you at Php 120,000 annually and a guarantee raise of Php 24,000 per year. Optum will start you with a higher salary of Php 168,000 annually, but will only guarantee a raise of Php 12,000 per year. Sutherland offers the highest starting annual salary of Php 250,000 but you will only receive a raise of Php 15,000 every year on your 6th year with the company. You are given a week to respond to each offer that you received. If you are planning to stay in your chosen company for ten years, which offer will you accept? Why?

A few words of explanation of your work would help; you seem to be using a1, for example, with two different meanings; and you seem to be using a different formula for S10 than what you show for Sn, though both are probably right.

The main actual error I see is that you don't seem to be using the clause "on your 6th year with the company". That, and you changed 250,000 to 25,000!

I'm done with it already... Yeah I got it wrong for that 250,000
