Area between curves....midpoint rule

Last question for a little while because I have the test tomorrow. I'm looking back at my hw for this chapter and I'm stuck at how to solve this problem. Here's a link to a picture of the problem:

How would you solve this? The answer is 117 1/3 ft

I would suggest that you use either Trapezoidal Rule or Simpson's Rule to find the distance traveled. This will be the same as the integral of velocity, which is distance.
