applying anti-derivatives to present value

How do you go from here:

PV = 8~0 10000e^-0.09t dt

to here:

= -(10000/0.09) 8~0 e^-0.09t (-0.09) dt

What's with dividing the 10k by the interest rate, and multiplying the interest rate to the e^-0.09t?
