The number of cellular phones in the United States is increasing exponentially. The number N, in millions, in use is given by the exponential function N(t)=0.3(1.63)^t, where t is the number of years after 1985. Find the number of cellular phones in use in 1985, 1990,1995, 2000, and 2005.

My problem with this problem is what do I plug in for t? They tell me t is the number of years after 1985, so what do I put for t in order to find the number of cellphones in 1985? thx for any help.
