Find the inflection point, if any, for:

g(t) = -t^2 + 4t + 4
g'(x) = -2t + 4
g"(x) = -2

How do you find the inflection point when there is no "x" in the second derivative?

That means there are none. f(x) is concave down on the entire interval \(\displaystyle (-\infty,+\infty)\) There are no changes in concavity.
