AP statistics math question..An srs of size 45 is taken in which 28% hula hoop.
1. What's the probability that sample is greater than 0.2 percent (in decimal) that hula hoop?
Someone takes a SRS of size n that has mean 6.5 and 1 standard deviation. She realizes that the true standard deviation was 3 standard deviation.
2. This makes standard deviation change by a factor of
(a) square root of 3 (b) 1/ square root of 3 (c) 3 (d) 1/3
Also...consider the sampling distribution of a sample mean obtained from an infinite population. The population has a distribution that's highly skewed toward larger values.
3. how is the mean of sampling related to mean of population?
4. How is standard deviation of sampling related to SD of population?
5. How is the shape of sampling distribution affected by sample size?
Thank you guys! I had trouble on these problems
