i need help finding the integral of what is the integral of
? sec^3 ? tan ?/1+ tan² ? d?

Re: ap calculus

Remember that 1+tan2(θ)=sec2(θ)\displaystyle 1+tan^{2}({\theta})=sec^{2}({\theta})

That leaves you with sec(θ)tan(θ)dθ\displaystyle \int{sec({\theta})tan({\theta})}d{\theta}

Knowing what the derivative of secθ\displaystyle sec{\theta} is, should make this straightforward.
