degree: 5
zeros: 0,(1+ i Square root 3) and (2-i)
assume a=1

find the other 2 zeros?????

wouldn't they be: (x-2+i) and (x-2-i)

Imaginary/complex roots always come in conjugate pairs. Example: if (x - 3i) were a root, then (x + 3i) would also be a root. If this were not the case, your polynomial function would end up with complex terms in it.
