Angle of Elevation

I want to know if the set up is correct. This is all I need.

David wants to find the angle of elevation of a stone from the top of a tower 5 meters high. If the stone is away from the building at a distance of 10 meters, find the angle of elevation.

Set up:

Let a = angle of elevation

tan(a) = 5/10

I think the "angle of elevation" is misleading, surely it's an angle of depression?
