Angle Measures and Segment Lengths

ohkay so for #7, i have no idea how to do this one -_-. all the problems in my book don't have an example like this, so can anyone explain to me in terms how to find the variables, i know how to find z, but y & x i have no idea at all.

and for #4, i found out what the x variable is but the y one makes no sense at all.

and #5 i just don't get at all, a little push would help for that one.

The measure of an inscribed angle is one-half the measure of it's intercepted arc. For instance, in #7, call the lower unlabeled angle A. We can say that A° = 1/2(y°+86°).
