Alright, the problem is
Sketch the graphs of y=f(2x) and y=(1/2x), Give the fundamental period and amplitude of each.

Apparently the answer are:
y=f(2x)
Amplitude = 1/2 and fundamental period: 2
y=(1/2x)
Amplitude = 1/2 and fundamental period: 8

I don't know how to get those answers based on the equations alone and I don't know how to graph it? Can anyone please guide me? :(

Without any information regarding what f(x) might be, I don't see how we're supposed to conclude anything. Sorry.

Eliz.

P.S. How does the "fundamental period" of a function differ from the regular old "period" of a function?
