The power rule for derivatives applies for any and all real number powers.

A. Always false, 100% of the time.

B. Always True, 100% of the time

C. Sometimes true and sometimes not it all depends.

I know C is false, I'm leaning towards B.

I have no idea that question means.
If r is a real number the power rule for derivatives applies to \(\displaystyle x^r\).
But it does not apply to \(\displaystyle r^x\).
 
I was thinking the same thing but that it how the question was worded so thats what I must figure out.
