W = Pounds of Water to Evaporate 4%*100 lbs - 0%*W = 5%*(100 lbs - W) Or, you can play with the water, instead. 96%*100 lbs - 100%*W = 95%*(100 lbs - W) Solve whichever you wish, but usually, the one with the "0%" is easier.
