Algebra Word Problem. Please Help

I can seem to figure out how to write out and solve this Word problem. Can anyone please help or assist me?

How much of an alloy that is 10% copper should be mixed with 400 ounces of an alloy that is 60% copper in order to get an alloy that is 20% copper?

I don't even know where to start. My apologies for be lost on this one.
