Algebra Question

I am trying to solve this equation b/3+1=0 but I do not know how to get the variable by its self. I moved the 1 to the left of the equal sign to get b/3=-1 but i don't know what to do next.

Multiply both sides by 3. Thus the left side will be left with (b) itself.
