(x-2)^2 means the quantity (x-2) squared.
use parentheses as grouping symbols to make your post clear.
start by factoring the numerator and denominator of the first fraction ...
[x(x-3)]/[(x-2)(x-3)] * [(x-2)(x-2)]/(2x)
cancel the factors that are common to numerator and denominator of both fractions ... (x-2)/2 will be what's left ... you're done.
