Find all the Rational Roots (Zeros)

Do you know rational root theorem? - apply it. Also look at the polynomial carefully - it is already grouped in a way that it can be factorized easily.

I have found the rational roots I just don't what to do next

Write the polynomial in factorized form.

That is if your rational roots are r[sub:3q4aazle]1[/sub:3q4aazle], r[sub:3q4aazle]2[/sub:3q4aazle] and r[sub:3q4aazle]3[/sub:3q4aazle] - then -

F(x)=x^3-3x^2+4x-12 = (x - r[sub:3q4aazle]1[/sub:3q4aazle]) * (x - r[sub:3q4aazle]2[/sub:3q4aazle]) * (x - r[sub:3q4aazle]3[/sub:3q4aazle])

That's it....
