algebra 2. need help!

I'll pick one: (21) (x^-3yz^-3)^2 xy^0/[(xy^0z^-2)^-3 xy] = (x^-6y^2z^-6)(xy^0)/[(x^-3y^0z^5)(xy] = x^-5y^2z^-6/(x^-2yz^6) = x^-3yz^-12 = y/(x^2z^12)

Did you read "Read before posting"?

If the worked examples in your textbook, your class notes, and the other resources you've consulted (such as online lessons on exponents and simplifying with exponents) have left you unable to make any start on any of these dozens of exercises, then I'm afraid you need much more help than we can here provide. Sorry. :oops:

Please seriously consider hiring a qualified local tutor and setting aside an hour or two a day for concentrated re-teaching sessions. Good luck! :D
