what does this even mean?

Do you really think that any of us have access to your toolkit ?

If the function \(\displaystyle f(x)=\dfrac{1}{2}\cdot 2^{x-1}\) then \(\displaystyle f(x)=2^{x-2}\).

But beyond that, I have no idea what it means.
