abstract algebra: p, q prime; o(G) = pq, G has normal subgrps w/ degrees p, q

hello. I have a question, and thanks everybody for answer.

If p and q are prime numbers, o(G) = pq, and G has normal subgroups with degrees p and q, prove that G is a cyclic group
