I need help with solving this weird equation...

What is:
\(\displaystyle \left[ z^{n} \right] (ln(1-z))^{2} / (1-z)^{m+1}\)
?

Solution of an equation requires a "=" sign - along with expressions on the right-hand-side and the left-hand-side.

Also explain the nature of "z" - is it complex?
