A Question about Percentages.

If the existing ownership of a property is:
Gavin 41%
Tammy 25%
Robby 17%
Peter 17%
Equaling a total of 100%

And now Robby and Peter give up their interest in the property resulting in the following ownership:
Gavin 63.05%
Tammy 35.95%
Robby 0%
Peter 0%
Equaling a total of 100%

What is the method used to get the new ownership percentages of 63.05% and 35.95% for Gavin and Tammy? An explanation would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you. :D

Thanks Denis.....

Oh yes, how about this.

And now Robby and Peter give up their interest in the property resulting in the following ownership:
Gavin 65%
Tammy 35%
Robby 0%
Peter 0%
Equaling a total of 100%

I hope you might
elaborate on how Gavin and Tammy received there net gain in (relative to the original shares) ownership after Robby and Peter relinquished their shares.

Thank you.

correction...

That adds to 99%; please correct.

Thanks Denis. I wasn't sure if my previous reply posted, so here it is again, with correction...

And now Robby and Peter give up their interest in the property resulting in the following ownership:
Gavin 65%
Tammy 35%
Robby 0%
Peter 0%
Equaling a total of 100%

How did they figure the net gain for Gavin and Tammy (r
elative to their original percentages), once Robby and Peter went away? Your input will be appreciated.

Thank you.
