Hi.
I'm required to create a "cash flow projection" for a subways restaurant... The problem i have is that i don't know what table to use to create such cash flow projection. The professor gave us the homework with an attached table, but i'm not sure if that's the table we are supposed to use given that such table contains a column called "depreciation" and the professor told us that "depreciation does not appear in the cash flow at all because you never write a check for it." . Additionally, i think is strange how such table .. I also found another table on the internet ... I was wondering if you could please tell me which table should I use? I'm attaching a link of each table, however, this table is a forecast of the organization's cash flow income and expenses on a yearly basis, instead of on a montly basis.
Thank you

Depreciation does affect taxable income and so affects tax expense, and, believe me, you do write out a check for tax expense.
