I keep entering it my calculator and I don't think I am getting the right answer.

It's hard to see your calculator from here, but it looks like

. . you have: \(\displaystyle \cos^2\theta\ +\ e^{3x}\ -\ \pi r^2\) instead of -2.1899.

But I could be wrong . . .
