I have one more, i will try to give solution immediately.

300% of 60% x is equal to 60% y. What is the ratio between x and y. ( % )

60%x or 0.6x

300% is 3x so 3*0.6x=1.8x

1.8x=60%y/:1.8
x=33.33%y or y=66.66%x
