Problems 20, 21, and 22 are giving me a bit of difficulty. I have the correct answers written in the attachment, however, I need a bit of guidance please.
in problem 20, what does "multiplicity of 2" mean?
In number 20, it is obvious how they got 1 - i, however, how did they get -5?
