I suppose you need to evaluate:

\(\displaystyle (2\sqrt{3} \, + \, \sqrt{5})\cdot (2\sqrt{3} \, - \, \sqrt{5})\)

then use

\(\displaystyle (a + b)\cdot (a-b) \, = \, a^2 \, - \, b^2\)
