I am also haivng toruble with this problem

sec x = 2 csc 2

where would I start?

should I change them to cos and sin?

You may mean
sec x = 2 csc(x)

In which case, changing them to cos and sin would be a great place start.

Srry for the typo. Where would i go next.

I have

1/cosx- 2 (1/sinx) = 0 but I don't see anything out of this.

\(\displaystyle \L \frac{1}{\cos{x}} = \frac{2}{\sin{x}}\)

What would happen if we multiplied both sides by sin(x)?
