So far I made a chart then got 8x+2y greater than or equal to 16. And x+y greater than or equal to 5 and 2x+ 7y greater than equal to 7 total cost = .18x+.30y. I don't know how to graph it and find corner points

To find the corner points, you will need to go back to the corresponding equations, pick pairs of equations which represent pairs of lines that intersect, and solve the resulting system of equations for the intersection points. You can learn about that
